The South Florida News Service provides an opportunity for students at Florida International University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication to publish stories in major newspapers in South Florida and learn firsthand what it means to be real reporters in the field.  The service is now expanding and has started to provide articles to media outlets nationally and internationally.

I have been the SFNS news director since fall 2009.

O South Florida News Service dá aos estudantes da School of Journalism and Mass Communication da Florida International University a oportunidade de publicar reportagens nos mais importantes jornais da Flórida e aprender, na prática, o exercício do jornalismo. O projeto passa por uma expansão no momento e já publica artigos em veículos de alcance nacional nos Estados Unidos e também internacional.
